The basic premise of this exercise is to understand what the best way to make a given design is or to understand how much or little modification a design must undergo in order to be economically manufactured.

One thing that remains constant regardless of the approach is the retaining of engineering integrity.

Some of the activities we carry out are dimensions & tolerance checking, ability to cast, weldability assessment, preparation of Manufacturing Logic Diagrams (MLDs) complete with hold points and test points, and assembly sequencing & scheduling.

Other factors we aim to address are raw material availability, costs, supply chain mapping & engagement and logistics & transportation.
